You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Changes to your email, phone number, and address can be made in the account panel. Changes to your CPF or name require contacting support and submitting supporting documentation.

Bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 5x the bonus amount. Bets placed on games excluded from the promotion or with odds below the required minimum do not count toward the rollover.

Odds are set by 520win and may be updated before an event begins. Bets confirmed prior to an odds change are honored at the value at the time of confirmation. Bets placed on events that have already started are void, unless the live market is expressly available.
If an event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed for more than 48 hours, all related bets will be refunded to the account balance. In cases of partial cancellation — such as a match abandoned before the end of regular time — the sport-specific rule applies, as detailed in each sport's rules available on the platform.
520win reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors — for example, odds that are clearly out of line with market standards — before or after a bet is placed. If a bet is placed at an incorrect odd, 520win may cancel the bet and refund the staked amount, or recalculate the outcome using the correct odd. The user will be notified.
